In this role, you will play a critical part in connecting customer needs with planning, manufacturing, and logistics execution, helping improve service, optimize inventory, and support business growth through collaboration and proactive problem solving.

As a Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you will manage key supply chain activities for strategic customers, ensuring strong service performance and effective coordination across internal teams and external partners. You will provide visibility to customer demand, fulfillment priorities, and operational risks while helping drive on-time delivery, better planning accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Coordinate cross-functional supply chain activities to support customer demand, order execution, and delivery performance
  • Monitor backlog, forecasts, inventory, and fulfillment status to quickly identify risks and drive timely resolution
  • Partner with commercial, planning, manufacturing, and logistics teams to align priorities and improve service levels
  • Support demand planning, product transitions, inventory initiatives, reporting, and continuous improvement projects

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, customer operations, or a related area
  • Strong SAP experience, especially in production planning, scheduling, or order management
  • Experience managing customer orders, backlog, inventory, forecasting, or fulfillment performance
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and resolve supply or delivery constraints with urgency and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer requirements and business priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in a cross-functional environment
