Job Description

Astrix is building the next generation of SaaS security, helping enterprises discover, govern, and reduce risk across their SaaS ecosystem, with a focus on OAuth-based integrations, token exposure, and third-party app risk.

We’re looking for a customer-first, security-savvy Senior CSM to own key enterprise relationships on the West Coast. You will be a trusted advisor to security leaders, drive adoption and measurable outcomes, and partner closely with Product, Support, and GTM teams to turn customer insights into product improvements.

About the role

  • Own a portfolio of ~10 enterprise accounts and serve as the primary post-sales relationship lead.
  • Lead onboarding and success planning, driving time-to-value, product adoption, and executive alignment.
  • Run ongoing customer engagement: QBRs, risk and value reviews, success metrics tracking, and renewal readiness.
  • Translate technical findings (OAuth risk, token misuse, third-party app exposure) into business impact and recommended actions for stakeholders and executives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to unblock customers and influence roadmap and priorities.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Escalate and manage critical issues with clear communication, structured problem-solving, and customer advocacy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success / TAM / post-sales roles supporting enterprise customers
  • Cybersecurity experience required (SaaS security, IAM, AppSec, SecOps, and/or GRC)
  • Proven ownership of a book of business (~10 enterprise accounts) with strong adoption and retention outcomes
  • Strong executive presence and ability to translate technical risk into business impact
  • Solid technical foundation, fast learner, comfortable with complex security products
  • Strong familiarity with OAuth security and token misuse, plus SaaS-to-SaaS integrations; comfortable with SaaS governance topics (app discovery, identity lifecycle management)
  • Experience across cloud and enterprise SaaS environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with SIEMs and broader security tooling ecosystems (integrations + operational workflows)
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity in an early-stage environment; willing to travel as needed

The annual compensation for this role is expected to be in the $190,000-$210,000 range in total cash (base salary + variable/OTE), plus equity, depending on experience and qualifications.

Astrix Security

About Astrix Security

Modern businesses run on millions of machine‑to‑machine connections: Autonomous AI Agents orchestrating work, CI/CD service accounts, SaaS OAuth apps, and API keys that keep data flowing. These Agentic and Non-Human identities outnumber humans ~45 to one, inherit broad, static privileges, sit outside IAM review cycles, and often persist long after their creators leave. Attackers exploit the gap: high-profile attacks against the US Treasury, Okta, and Microsoft (Midnight Blizzard) demonstrate how a single leaked token or hijacked agent can grant root‑level access across cloud and SaaS. While existing IAM solutions focus solely on human identities, Astrix provides security teams with continuous discovery of AI agents and NHIs, risk‑based prioritization, real‑time threat detection, and automated remediation. Fortune 1,000 enterprises such as Workday, NetApp, Priceline, Hubspot, Figma and Agoda already rely on Astrix to securely unleash AI-driven automation.
