About the role
Youwillbe responsible fordeliveringanexceptional customerexperienceandahigh rateof retention and growth, withina significant andhigh value customerportfolio. Your experience will enable you tocontribute to the overallstrengthandmaturityoftheEROADteamwithout people management responsibilities.
In this role you will:
•Manage an assigned portfolio of customers, meeting agreed SLAs, KPIs, and customer success measures, including adoption, satisfaction, retention, and valuerealisation
•Act as a subject matter expert onEROADproducts and technology.
•Take full ownership of customer issues,identifyopportunitiesandrisks,andco-ordinatewith thewider team.
•Share insightsandlearningsfrom customersto improveprocesses,productsand ways of working within theteam.
•Contribute to the continuous improvementofCustomerSuccessprocesses,playbooksand tools to supportscalable, efficient, and repeatable delivery.
•Collaborate closely with TechnicalAccountManagers,Sales,Customer Care. Productand other internalteamstodeliverahigh qualitycustomerexperience andtraining.
Whatyou’llbring
To be successful in this role you will have
At least 3years' experiencein Customer Success, Customer Operations, or Service Management
Demonstrated experienceworking closely with technical and delivery teamsto support product adoption, issueresolution,andrevenue growth.
Anunderstanding of Customer Delivery frameworks,processesand tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Commercialacumen andexperienced inusingof data for decision making
ACustomer-obsessed mindset with a focus on outcomes and value
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment
Bachelor'sDegree and/or 7+years' experiencein a customer facing capacity (egCSM, AM, Customer Operations orsimilar).
