Job Description

The Role

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the trusted partner for our clients—guiding them through onboarding, driving product adoption, and ensuring they achieve their goals with us. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to build strong relationships, solve challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

  • Lead onboarding and training to ensure smooth adoption of our product.

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer questions, feedback, and success planning.

  • Monitor customer health and proactively address risks of churn.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product improvements.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.

  • Deliver regular check-ins, business reviews, and performance reports to customers.

What We’re Looking For


  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot).

  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
