The Opportunity

As a Technical Solutions Advisor you are responsible for delivering high standards of service to national and high-value customers, providing best in class service delivery, acting as the senior customer service contact. Key accountabilities include:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to major customers, ensuring that KPIs and contractual obligations are met
  • Comply with plans and actions to ensure corporate governance and customer retention targets
  • Comply with the systems and standards set when dealing with internal and external customers
  • Ensure continual improvement in process including innovation rollouts
  • Develop a relationship with major customers and service stakeholders
  • Ensure all relevant reporting is submitted as required including daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports, CIFOT reporting
  • Sales leads generation

About You

With extensive knowledge of waste management regulations, you can demonstrate exceptional customer service, and the ability to resolve customer queries.

  • Ability to collaborate across sales, operations, compliance, fleet, engineering, and customer service functions to deliver safe, compliant, and profitable outcomes
  • Use of Salesforce, PowerBI, CWY applications
  • Extensive knowledge of waste management regulations and the ability to apply this in an operational and customer setting
  • Demonstrated capability managing complex waste streams in highly regulated environments
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and cost controls within a waste services business
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical operational outcome
