Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes for complex B2B customer orders (domestic and export)
• Handle export operations with a focus on maritime logistics, including booking coordination and shipment follow-up
• Ensure accurate order entry, tracking, and invoicing activities in SAP (Sales and Distribution module)
• Monitor order fulfillment and proactively coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and shipping lines
• Manage documentation requirements aligned with international trade standards and Incoterms
• Resolve operational issues such as delays, discrepancies, and customer claims
• Process credit and debit notes related to customer transactions
• Maintain proactive communication with global customers in advanced English
• Drive continuous improvement of KPIs (on-time delivery, service levels, order accuracy)

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• +4 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Order Management (B2B environment)
• Strong experience in maritime export operations and international trade processes
• Solid knowledge of Incoterms and export/import documentation
• Hands-on experience with SAP (Order to Cash / SD module)
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal communication with global stakeholders)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
