What you will do
As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will manage end‑to‑end customer service processes, ensuring high service quality, accurate order management and effective complaint resolution. You will act as a senior point of contact within the team and support continuous improvement of customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders and ensure accurate order‑to‑cash processes
Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding order status
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and product returns
Identify process gaps and propose improvements
Participate in audits and cross‑functional projects
Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders and support team activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management or similar operational role,
Good working knowledge of SAP R/3
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills,
Ability to work effectively under time pressure,
Polish language is mandatory,
Fluency in English (minimum B2).
