As the Road & Bridge Senior Administrative Coordinator,you'llplay a vital role in keeping our division running smoothly by providing high-level administrative, operational, and customer service support. In this dynamic role,you'llcoordinate accounting, payroll,purchasing, and budget-related activities while serving as a trusted resource for staff, leadership, and the public.You'llmanage complex customer inquiries, resolve escalated issues,maintainrecords, prepare reports and correspondence, and support daily office operations.You'llalso lead orassistwith special administrative, technical, and confidential projects, collaborate across County departments, and help train and mentor team members on established policies and procedures.

This position typicallyoperateson a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday, 6am-4pm) working on-site from our Road & BridgeCentral Shoplocation(21401 Golden Gate CanyonRoad, Golden, CO80403)
COMPENSATION:
Hiring Range:$27.32-$32.79USD Hourly
Compensation will bedeterminedbased on education,experienceand skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:Serve as a primary point of contact for citizens by responding to complex inquiries and providing timely, professional service. Follow established procedures to resolve questions, concerns, and service requests. Monitor voicemail, respond tocitizen inquiries, and enter citizen requests intoQAlertOpenGovEAM (Enterprise Asset Management)
ManageOpenGovEAMMaintainemployee profiles and citizen requests, create work orders and tasks for supervisors, and enter activity timesheets, asphalt and snow product tickets, landfill tickets, safety incident reports, vendor invoices, and CDL/DOT updates.Review and verifyvendor invoices to ensureaccuratebilling.Processahigh volume ofdata entryaccurately forvendor contractsexceeding$25M annually.
Provide Administrative Support:Support supervisors and employees with a variety of administrative functions, including onboarding and offboarding activities, document management in SharePoint, and HR and IT-related processes. Serve as a backup for other Customer Service Representatives and provide support across districts as needed.
Coordinate Utility Locate Requests:Submit and track utility locaterequests, ensuring records and systemsremainaccurateand up to date.
Support Employee Training:Coordinate and deliver administrative training for employees, including guidance on HR and IT processes, Workday, OpenGovEAM, snow operations, and other division procedures.
Reconcile Fleet Meter Data:Review fleet meter reports, research discrepancies, and make corrections to ensure accurateequipment usage records.
Maintain Bulk Fuel Records:Enter and reconcile bulk fuel log information, identifydiscrepancies, and report issues as needed.
Coordinate Payroll Activities:Support payroll processing by communicating payroll deadlines, obtaining approvals, and documenting overtime and other pay codes within OpenGoveEAM
Perform General Administrative Functions:Complete a variety of administrative duties, including filing, scanning, preparing forms and vouchers, scheduling DOT appointments, ordering office supplies, updating voicemail messages, taking meeting minutes, posting notices, and tracking employee training and policy acknowledgments.

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:One or more years of experience in customer service
Education:High School Diploma or Equivalent
*Note: An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
Preferred knowledge,skillsand abilities
Experience in public works, transportation, construction, municipal operations, or a similar environment.
Experience using OpenGoveEAM, QAlert, and Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
A strong commitment to delivering responsive, high-quality customer service.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.

Additional Job Information:
A valid Colorado driver’s license is required for positions that drive on County Business in either a county or personal vehicle within 30-days of hire or beginning to serve as an intern or volunteer.
