We are seeking a mature and experienced Senior Customer Service Personnel to manage high-level client interactions within a real estate environment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to resolve complex client issues effectively.
Manage client engagement and retention strategies
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
Ensure service delivery meets quality standards
Coordinate administrative documentation related to client accounts
Provide support to sales and operations teams
Monitor client feedback and recommend service improvements
Maintain professionalism in high-level client interactions
8–15 years’ relevant experience in customer service or client relations
Strong emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism and discretion
Experience within the real estate sector is an advantage
Salary: ₦200,000 (net)
