Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the Customer service Counter in shopping center and relevant duties in counterd

• Support promotional activities and daily operations of property

• Perform ad hoc duties assigned from management services office

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and High Diploma or above

• Experience in property management or hospitality industry is preferred, especially in report centre or control room

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner and customer focus

• Proven experience in a customer service role and client facing

• Proficiency in MS applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
