
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a “Senior Customer Quality Manager (f/m/d)” to join the Rolls-Royce Deutschland Quality team, reporting to the Vice President Quality. In this role you will provide leadership and direction on Quality to the Business Aviation Programmes organisation in line with the defined quality strategy, enabling the business to achieve its goals, enhance its reputation and deliver customer satisfaction.
The role is located in Dahlewitz (D) and comprises the full breadth of Business Aviation Programmes including the activities at our remote locations near the customers e.g. in Savannah (US) and Merignac (France).
In this role, you will be directly leading a small team of Customer Quality Managers but also influence the achievement of the quality and improvement objectives as part of the wider Business Aviation Programmes team.
