We are seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join our growing team in Taiwan and serve as a primary technical interface for customer quality issues. This role owns customer RMAs and quality escalations end‑to‑end, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams to resolve issues spanning silicon, board, and system levels.

This role will play a key part in driving customer satisfaction, product robustness, and continuous quality improvement.

This is a high visibility role, offering the opportunity to join and our growing Taiwan office while serving as a key engineering presence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer RMA process end‑to‑end, including issue intake, failure analysis coordination, root cause identification, corrective action, and closure
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer quality inquiries and escalations
  • Work directly with customer engineering teams to define problem statements and support issue resolution at board, system, and application levels
  • Perform or support bench‑level debug, board‑level analysis, and system‑level troubleshooting to reproduce customer issues
  • Review customer schematics and board implementations to identify usage or integration contributors
  • Collaborate with product, test, applications, operations, and OSAT partners to implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Support customer and manufacturing site visits as needed to drive issue resolution
  • Track issues diligently and ensure timely communication and prevention of recurrence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field
  • 5+ years of professional quality engineering experience in a customer focused role
  • Experience owning customer issues through closure
  • Hands‑on understanding of analog or mixed‑signal devices at the board and system level
  • Experience with silicon characterization, bench debug, and system‑level troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English

This position is based in Taiwan. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with each candidate’s experience, qualifications, and market standards in Taiwan, and will be structured as an annual base salary plus bonus, in compliance with applicable local employment laws.
