Job Description

Accelerator, a global Division of Mars Snacking, is on the front line of unlocking growth across high-potential categories and brands to fuel what’s next for Snacking. It’s home to both emerging and enduring brands, including KIND, TRÜ FRÜ, NATURE’S BAKERY, RXBAR, EGGO, POP-TARTS and RICE KRISPIE TREATS. Combining the scale of Mars with the agility of a start-up, our Division has the ambition to accelerate the future of snacking by delivering products consumers love today, discovering category-shaping innovations for tomorrow and developing entrepreneurial teams whose impact will last for generations.

We’re looking for passionate talent who dare to dream big, agile collaborators who talk straight and decide fast, and driven performers with a growth mindset. We’re proudly part of Mars, while also building something boldly different. If this inspires and energizes you, you’ve found the right place where you can do cool things with fun people for one of the biggest snacking companies in the world!

The ODD Lead, Digital Commerce leads Accelerator's On-Demand Delivery and Marketplace Commerce agenda, with responsibility for driving strategy, execution, analytics, and performance across last-mile delivery platforms, marketplaces, and emerging commerce models.

This role will support the Accelerator business across brands including KIND®, RXBAR®, Nutri-Grain®, Special K Bars®, Pure Organic®, Eggo®, Rice Krispies Treats®, and Pop-Tarts®, with a focus on accelerating growth across platforms such as Instacart, Amazon, DoorDash, Uber Eats, GoPuff, and DashMart.

As the Accelerator division continues to evolve, this role will help build the commercial and operating muscle needed to win in digital commerce. The ODD Lead will translate platform performance, shopper behavior, retail media learnings, and customer opportunities into scalable strategies, repeatable playbooks, and clear execution models that can be applied across brands, customers, and markets.

This role will also serve as a key connector into the broader Mars Snacking Digital Commerce and Route-to-Market ecosystem, helping ensure Accelerator is both adopting and shaping global best practices across On-Demand Delivery, marketplaces, digital merchandising, retail media, performance marketing, and connected commerce. The role is expected to build capability by transforming successful customer programs, platform partnerships, and test-and-learn initiatives into scalable growth models and best practices.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead omni-commerce analytics, sales performance reporting, forecast attainment, share growth, and performance optimization across key digital commerce, marketplace, and last-mile delivery platforms.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies across Instacart, DoorDash, Uber Eats, GoPuff, DashMart, and emerging commerce platforms to accelerate growth, improve conversion, and expand household penetration.
  • Co-lead digital merchandising, digital shelf, retail media, marketplace activation, and connected commerce strategies, ensuring platform execution is linked to broader brand, customer, and commercial priorities.
  • Build scalable playbooks, execution standards, and test-and-learn models across On-Demand Delivery, marketplaces, retail media, digital merchandising, and last-mile activation, with the ability to scale learnings across Accelerator brands and into broader Mars Digital Commerce forums.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Leadership, Retail Media, Customer Teams, and Global Digital Commerce partners to align priorities, remove barriers, and deliver shared commercial outcomes.
  • Support joint business planning with strategic platform partners, including identifying added-value media opportunities, bespoke insights, commercial unlocks, and tri-party arrangements across customers, platforms, and brands.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and global capability connector, bringing external platform expertise and internal Mars best practices together to shape how Accelerator wins across evolving commerce models.
  • Communicate complex platform, media, and performance insights to senior leaders, cutting through the noise to surface the “so what,” commercial opportunity, and recommended action.
