What You Will Do
- Manage key strategic customer accounts driving benchmark satisfaction levels.
- Primary liaison between customers and P&WC in support of customer’s maintenance activities.
- For each assigned customer establish service levels and manage suppliers (repair facilities) to customer expectations.
- Strategic & contractual management of key customer accounts.
- Own, maintain and drive action items for assigned customers to achieve strategic objectives.
- Accountable for managing contract financial performance.
- Works across multiple complex engine models managing difficult technical challenges to obtain service resolutions.
- Provides direct support to customers, and customer executives on high visibility events.
- Navigates through multiple global regions and cultures to identify the best solution for each customer.
- Develops customer solutions across multiple P&W business units ensuring coordinated efforts to exceed customer requirements.
- Drives solutions with customers to achieve acceptable outcomes to all unscheduled events.
- Strategic regional support for all turboshaft / helicopter related programs.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or related field.
- 10 years of customer account or program experience in the aerospace industry.
- Ability to manage complex maintenance program and influence stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, including on short notice.
- Solid understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of maintenance agreement.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Master’s Degree/MBA.
- Experience in the Aerospace and Aero Engine knowledge.
