Our client is one of the fastest growing beauty brands in the UK, home to the most in-demand names in beauty. They’re not a shop that only sells beauty products, they are the destination people come to when they want to discover them.
Behind that sits a data sharing programme that's growing fast, they hold years of customer data across stores, online and loyalty. Their brand partners want more than a spreadsheet, they want a story: who their customer is, what they want next, and why it's worth spending more to reach them.
That story doesn't tell itself. That's the job.
The role
You'll sit in the Customer Insights team, reporting to the Senior Customer Insights Manager, and own the data relationship for brands on the programme. Not just running numbers, but sitting across the table with brand partners and category teams, translating SQL and dashboards into decisions worth making.
This is brand facing, so you'll need to be as comfortable presenting to a room of external stakeholders as you are deep in a QlikSense model. Your work gets seen everywhere, from the CRM team to board level.
What you'll do
Own external brand relationships from a data sharing perspective
Build and own the regular reporting brand partners rely on
Work with the wider team to hit supplier funded income targets across Customer Insights and CRM
Turn data into insight that drives brand growth and unlocks further investment
Generate insight that helps retain our client's own customers, not just their partners' customers
Present analysis to brands and category teams that's commercially sharp and actually gets acted on
Work with CRM to recommend insight led actions on the data sharing programme
Scope out analysis projects with stakeholders and design the right solution, not the easiest one
Support CRM and Category teams with insight at brand and category level
Push reporting forward, sharper SQL, better visualisation, less manual grind
What we're looking for
3+ years in customer analytics or insight, ideally with some external brand partnerships experience
Confident presenting to external stakeholders, up to director level
Strong SQL converting data into storytelling
Advanced in Excel, plus visualisation tools like QlikSense or Tableau
Comfortable running several brand projects at once
Retail, FMCG or loyalty background preferred
CRM platform knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement
Perks
Salary: £50-55K, plus bonus potential
Location: Head Office, London (2 days in office, 3 WFH)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Staff discount and sample sales
Season ticket loan
Cycle to work scheme
Health & wellbeing benefits, such as private medical insurance.
Candidates must have the rights to work in the UK
