About the role
We are looking for an engaged and inspiring Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our Adelaide Harbour Town Outlet team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You'll assist customers in finding their perfect pieces while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment. With a focus on sales and inventory management, you'll manage high-volume stock, ensuring products are well-organised and readily available. Your attention to detail and passion for customer satisfaction will help elevate the brand and drive success in every interaction.
This role is a permanent part-time position offering approximately 20-30 hours per week - you will need both weekday and weekend availability and you must be available to work Thursday late-night trade
