Senior / Customer Delivery Manager

About the team:

The Customer Delivery function is responsible for overseeing customer engagement across the full project delivery lifecycle, ensuring contractual commitments are clearly understood, tracked and consistently met.

Acting as a central point of coordination, the team plays a critical role in streamlining communication between customers and internal teams, while maintaining visibility of key milestones and project progress.

From pre-contract through to project completion, customer acceptance and handover, the Customer Delivery team is focused on delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience at every stage.

As a Customer Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing the customer experience throughout the delivery of key development projects. Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, you will ensure contractual deliverables are clearly understood and consistently achieved, while driving proactive communication and service excellence at every stage.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll bring together internal stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment, resolve challenges, and deliver outstanding outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Manage and track all contractual milestones, deliverables and procurements across the project lifecycle
  • Provide guidance on customer requirements and contractual obligations to ensure clarity of delivery outcomes
  • Monitor program timelines and dependencies, ensuring projects remain on track
  • Act as the key interface between customers and internal Construction and Delivery teams
  • Resolve customer and project issues through collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and communication relating to contracts and project activities
  • Build strong, trusted customer relationships through proactive communication and service excellence
  • Partner with Sales and internal teams to ensure alignment on project status and commercial commitments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery performance and customer outcomes

About you:

You are a customer-focused professional who thrives in a delivery environment, balancing commercial awareness with strong relationship management. You bring a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complexity while keeping customer outcomes front of mind.

  • Experience in a customer-facing delivery or project environment
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive positive outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams
  • Understanding of development project lifecycles and delivery milestones
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing contractual obligations
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
