The Facilities Management Services Administration Department at the University of North Texas Health Science Center is seeking to hire a Senior Custodian to join their team. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: Dust all vertical horizontal surfaces, sweep, vacuum carpet, spot clean walls as needed. Collect and dispose of trash/recycling. Wet/dry mop floors, clean/disinfect restrooms, restock supplies, polish stainless/chrome, spot clean glass/mirrors. Spot clean upholstery and other duties as needed. Be able to use a computer for emails, calendar, eLeave and evaluations. All duties are interchangeable and required as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of job-related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Employees in this job may be responsible for conducting research on, working on, or having the ability to access critical organizational infrastructure and they must be able to maintain the security and integrity of the infrastructure related to this role.
