  • evelop and implement GRC frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct enterprise risk assessments and maintain risk registers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational, technology, cybersecurity, and compliance risks.
  • Perform control design reviews and control effectiveness assessments.
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 1 / SOC 2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS etc.
  • Facilitate internal and external audits and remediation activities.
  • Monitor compliance status and track corrective action plans.
  • Develop risk dashboards, metrics, and reporting for management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive policy awareness and compliance initiatives.
  • Support third-party/vendor risk management activities.
  • Conduct business impact analyses and risk workshops.
  • Provide recommendations to improve governance processes and control maturity.

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
    • Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, Internal Audit, or related domains.
    • Strong understanding of risk management methodologies and control frameworks.
    • Knowledge of security and compliance standards including ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOC, PCI-DSS, and SOX.
    • Experience with risk assessments, audits, and compliance reviews.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
