About the role

We are looking for a Senior CRM & Web Specialist to join our Marketing team and take ownership of two key growth areas: CRM and lifecycle marketing, and website conversion and optimization.

In this role, you will turn our customer and prospect database into a stronger growth engine through segmentation, lead nurturing, email marketing and marketing automation. You will also ensure that our website and landing pages are optimized to generate leads and improve conversion.

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, understands the customer journey and can work directly with CRM, marketing automation and web tools to drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

• Define and execute CRM and lead nurturing strategies across the customer lifecycle, from lead acquisition and conversion to retention and reactivation.
• Develop segmentation strategies based on customer profiles, behavior, engagement, lifecycle stage and commercial potential.
• Plan, execute and optimize email marketing campaigns, automated journeys and workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
• Identify opportunities to activate the existing database through reactivation, upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales to define lead scoring, qualification criteria and lifecycle stages, ensuring effective lead nurturing and handover.
• Monitor CRM performance and establish KPIs to measure the impact of campaigns and activities on pipeline and revenue.

Marketing Automation & CRM Operations

• Manage and continuously improve the CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.
• Build automated campaigns, workflows and triggers based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Ensure seamless integration between CRM, marketing automation, website, forms and lead acquisition channels.
• Improve data quality, tracking and lead routing, identifying opportunities to automate processes and reduce manual work.

Web & Conversion Optimization

• Manage the website from a marketing perspective, ensuring it supports lead generation and conversion objectives.
• Create, update and optimize landing pages, web pages, forms and calls to action using WordPress.
• Ensure effective integration of website forms with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Work with Design and Creative teams to translate campaigns and value propositions into effective digital experiences.
• Analyze website performance and user behavior to identify opportunities to improve user experience and conversion rates.
• Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives where relevant.
• Ensure consistency across paid campaigns, landing pages, forms, CRM and nurturing journeys.

What we are looking for

• 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing or growth marketing.
• Strong understanding of lead management, lead nurturing, customer journeys, segmentation and marketing automation.
• Proven experience using CRM data to drive conversion and business results.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools and marketing automation.
• Good knowledge of WordPress and the ability to independently create and update simple landing pages.
• Experience with forms, lead capture and CRM/marketing automation integrations.
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital funnels and performance metrics.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, Design, Creative and IT/RevOps teams.
• Business English and experience working in an international environment.
• Experience with open-source CRM platforms is a plus.
