We are looking for a Senior CRM QA Engineer to strengthen the quality, reliability, and scalability of our Salesforce CRM platform. This role will be responsible for establishing QA processes, driving test automation, ensuring release quality, and collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for Salesforce CRM.
Automate critical regression, integration, and end-to-end test scenarios.
Continuously improve automation coverage, reliability, maintainability, and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Support the adoption of QA best practices and modern testing approaches.
Define and continuously improve QA processes, testing strategies, quality gates, acceptance criteria, and release readiness standards.
Establish and promote consistent QA practices across Salesforce delivery streams.
Ensure quality standards are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
Communicate testing progress, quality status, and release risks to stakeholders.
Plan and execute testing for Salesforce features, configurations, customizations, workflows, integrations, permissions, and business processes.
Validate delivered solutions against business and technical requirements.
Perform regression and end-to-end testing to ensure release stability and quality.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as required.
Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and define test scenarios.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support quality-focused delivery planning.
Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Track, analyze, and manage defects from identification through resolution.
Provide transparent quality reporting and testing insights.
Identify recurring defect patterns and drive continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and test coverage.
Contribute to improving release quality and delivery effectiveness across the CRM platform.
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 3+ years working within Salesforce CRM environments.
Experience with Salesforce testing, regression testing, and test automation frameworks.
Strong understanding of QA processes, test strategy, defect management, and release quality assurance.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM testing practices.
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and quality automation integration.
Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Understanding of end-to-end business process validation and integration testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Ability to influence quality practices across teams and work collaboratively in a global environment.
Quality Assurance certifications.
Scrum Master certification.
Experience establishing QA frameworks and governance models for enterprise CRM platforms.
