Based in Paris within the Commercial team, this Senior CRM Manager (maternity cover) role leads the CRM Product Features scope (fully automated flows).
The mission is to maximize campaign efficiency, user engagement, and business impact through product-driven CRM features such as Saved Search, Price Drop, Make Me An Offer, and similar automated experiences. These flows are user-facing and operate across email, push, in-app, and notification center channels.
The team is currently focused on deepening CRMâProduct synergies, scaling high-impact use cases, strengthening targeting and orchestration logic, and elevating performance measurement to drive incremental revenue and user activation. This role sits at the intersection of CRM strategy and product enablement, requiring strong ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate autonomously in a highly cross-functional environment with Product, Tooling (Braze), and Data teams.
What you will do đ
Own the roadmap delivery, as well as the performance of automated Product Features CRM flows
Lead execution and optimization of complex automated campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, notification center)
Define and monitor success metrics, analyze performance, and translate insights into actionable optimizations
Act as the main CRM point of contact for Product Features topics, ensuring strong alignment with Product, Tooling, and Data teams
Drive project delivery end-to-end: scoping, planning, implementation, QA, and post-launch analysis
Identify and scale high-impact use cases to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue contribution
Mentor or guide more junior team members and contribute to best practices, documentation, and process improvements
Ensure continuity, stability, and strategic progress of the scope during the maternity coverage period
Who you are â
Degree in Business, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in automated CRM/lifecycle marketing (product-led flows), or 3+ years in Product Management with strong exposure to CRM and user lifecycle
Proven expertise in fully automated CRM programs (triggered flows, lifecycle journeys, product-driven notifications), rather than one-off campaigns or marketing animations
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable working at the intersection of CRM, Product, and Tech understands data flows, tooling constraints (e.g., Braze or similar), targeting logic, and implementation processes
Data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret performance, and translate insights into clear optimization roadmaps
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to align Product, Data, and Tech teams around shared priorities
Autonomous, structured, and impact-oriented, with the ability to quickly take ownership of a strategic scope in a maternity cover context
This role offers high visibility and direct ownership of key user-facing automated CRM experiences within a dynamic, product-driven environment.
