Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.
We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join our team.
Development of Automated Campaigns:
- Build and optimize welcome, activation, and reactivation chains aimed at increasing player engagement and retention.
- Create personalized campaigns for various player segments, including newcomers, active players, and dormant users.
Player Base Management:
- Engage with the active player base through email, SMS, in-app notifications, sliders, and social media channels.
- Segment players based on gaming activity, preferences, turnover, deposit amounts, and average deposits to create targeted offers.
CRM Campaign Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze CRM campaign performance metrics such as Open Rate (OR), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Bonus Rate, Activation Rate (AR), Retention Rate (RR), Daily Active Users (DAU), Weekly Active Users (WAU), and Monthly Active Users (MAU).
- Prepare reports and conduct campaign analysis to improve future promotions and strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing for CRM campaigns (e.g., send time, subject lines, bonus types) to optimize effectiveness.
- Continuously improve communication chains and promotions based on data analysis.
Promotion Development and Execution:
- Initiate and develop new ideas for promotions and campaigns to enhance player activity and retention.
- Manage the full process of promotions from concept through to launch and post-launch analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, design, and copywriting teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
3+ years of CRM experience in gambling/betting.
Experience building a full-cycle journey player.
Create and test hypotheses to improve the user funnel.
Readiness for high workload/dynamic work.
High analytical skills.
Understanding of casino players behaviour.
Background with Tier 1-2 markets.
