Trilogy has received funding from the State of Illinois to develop and implement mobile crisis response program in response to the recognition that mental health crises are not currently addressed in the most effective, safe, and trauma-informed way. Trilogy will provide mobile crisis outreach services to community members in Trilogy’s designated CCBHC and MCRT zip codes.
The Senior Crisis Counselor is a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and a member of the leadership team, working in collaboration with the Team Leader, Program Manager, and Clinical Director. While this role does not include direct supervision of staff, the Senior Crisis Counselor provides essential operational and clinical support by assisting with the creation of daily schedules, managing the dispatch and workflow of crisis calls, and serving as the first line of clinical consultation for team members in the field.
