Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in iOS development, technical UX design, and prototyping.
• 6 years of experience in front-end execution for the iOS platform using Swift.
• Experience in motion design related to physics, patterns, and visual design elements.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work samples in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical leadership and managing projects.
• Experience with vibe coding tools, including AI Studio, Cursor, Antigravity, Firebase Studio.
• Familiarity working across full tech stacks and production environments.
• Knowledge of technical constraints in designing for iOS.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. In this role, you will partner directly with Engineers to dig into new technologies to understand the capabilities and limitations of production stacks. You need to be able to deliver production ready prototypes that test the feasibility of designs and have the ability to build and clean foundational code for testing and early stages of production.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Test concepts for iteration, research, and validation, conceiving and delivering engaging prototypes across a portfolio of products.
• Identify emerging needs, develop interaction design best practices, and contribute to pattern documentation.
• Lead or contribute to key projects, ensuring a holistic systems-thinking approach and advocating for user needs across platforms and applications.
• Develop, brainstorm and define approaches that optimize implementation of the design intent.
