Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1、Brand Content & Script Planning (Core):​
—For different overseas markets (especially key countries with weaker brand presence), gain insights into local consumer pain points and write video scripts (Storyboards) that align with the logic of YouTube VRC/VVC (5s/15s/30s brand exposure ads), Meta, and TikTok ads.
—Avoid self-indulgent creation. Ensure content maintains brand identity while accurately conveying product selling points, improving ad metrics like "3-second retention rate" and "completion rate."
2、Content Production & Project Management (Ensuring Execution):​
—Manage the entire video production process. Coordinate internal editing/design teams or select and liaise with external professional overseas video production houses and freelancers to ensure final video quality, budget adherence, and timeline.
—Collaborate closely with the internal influencer marketing team to extract excellent content from influencers and creatively repurpose it to produce more native-feeling branded ads.
3、Data-Driven Creative Iteration:​
—Work closely with the performance advertising team to track data from VRC/VVC and performance ads (e.g., CTR, CPM, Skip Rate, 3-second/10-second play rate).
—Conduct rapid reviews based on data feedback, agilely adjust creative direction, and establish a closed-loop process of "planning - filming - launch - data analysis - optimization iteration."

• 品牌内容与脚本策划(核心):
• 针对不同海外市场(特别是声量较弱的重点国家),洞察本地消费者痛点,撰写符合 YouTube VRC/VVC(5s/15s/30s 品牌曝光广告)、Meta、TikTok 广告逻辑的视频脚本(Storyboard)。
• 拒绝自嗨式创作,确保内容既有品牌调性,又能精准传达产品卖点,提升广告的“前3秒留存率”和“完播率”。
• 内容生产与项目管理(把控落地):
• 负责视频制作的全流程管理。协调内部剪辑/设计团队,或筛选并对接外部专业的海外视频制作公司(Production House)、Freelancer,确保成片质量、预算与排期。
• 与内部红人营销团队深度协同,提炼红人产出的优秀素材,进行二次创意重组,产出更具原生感的品牌广告。
• 数据驱动的创意迭代:
• 与效果广告团队紧密配合,追踪 VRC/VVC 及效果广告的数据(如:CTR、CPM、Skip Rate、3秒/10秒播放率)。
• 根据数据反馈快速复盘,敏捷调整创意方向,形成“策划-拍摄-投放-数据分析-优化迭代”的闭环。
Qualifications
Qualifications
1、Work Background:​ 3-5 years of experience working for overseas consumer goods brands, DTC brands focused on international expansion, or top-tier cross-border advertising agencies (e.g., major tech companies' overseas teams, well-known international creative agencies). Preference given to candidates with proven success cases in creating hit overseas videos/brand films.
Core Competencies:​
1、Exceptional Scriptwriting & Creative Ability:​ Familiar with the best practices for different ad formats like YouTube VRC/VVC, TikTok Spark Ads, Meta partnership ads, etc., and know how to capture overseas users' attention with visuals and the crucial first 5 seconds.
2、Overseas Localization Insight:​ Strong English (or a specific foreign language) reading and writing skills, capable of effortlessly researching overseas social media trends, cultural memes, and user consumption psychology, avoiding a "Chinese-thinking translation" approach.
3、Strong Project Management (PM) Skills:​ Ability to efficiently manage external production teams or foreign models/actors, controlling budget and delivery quality.
Bonus Points:​
1、Basic understanding of data analysis; ability to interpret basic metrics from advertising dashboards is a plus.
2、Possessing basic video editing skills, aesthetic judgment, or aesthetic direction ability is a plus.

• 工作背景: 3-5年海外消费品品牌、出海DTC品牌或一线跨境广告代理商(如大厂出海团队、海外知名创意代理商)工作经验。有成功打造海外爆款视频/品牌片案例者优先。
• 核心能力:
1. 极强的脚本及创意能力: 熟知 YouTube VRC/VVC、TikTok Spark Ads、Meta 合作广告等不同媒介的素材最佳实践(Best Practices),知道如何用视觉和前 5 秒的黄金时间抓住海外用户。
2. 海外本地化洞察: 优秀的英语(或特定小语种)读写能力,能够无障碍研究海外社媒趋势、文化梗、用户消费心理,拒绝“中式思维翻译”。
3. 强项目管理(PM)能力: 能够高效管理外部制作团队或外籍模特、演员,把控预算与交付质量。
• 加分项:
• 懂基本的数据分析,能看懂广告后台基本指标者加分。
• 自己具备基础的视频剪辑、审美把控或审美导演能力者加分。
