We’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer to play a key role in this growth - developing standout formats, working with top talent, and building content that reaches millions.

About The Role

As a Senior Creative Producer, you will be responsible for creating, developing and delivering original, repeatable formats across our social channels.

You’ll sit at the heart of our creative output - -combining editorial instinct, creative thinking and production expertise to build formats that are distinctive, scalable and commercially viable.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop original formats - Create standout, repeatable social-first formats (series, shows, franchises) that scale across platforms and audiences.
  • Own ideas end-to-end - Take formats from insight to concept to pilot to rollout, ensuring quality and clarity at every stage.
  • Work across multiple verticals - Develop content across news, sport, entertainment, gaming and lifestyle - tailoring ideas to different audiences and platforms.
  • Collaborate with creators and talent - Work closely with creators, journalists and on-screen talent to shape ideas and elevate performance.
  • Lead production - Oversee shoots, scripting and edits - ensuring content is fast-paced, engaging and platform-native.
  • Build commercially viable formats - Develop ideas with brand integration in mind, working with commercial teams to create scalable partnerships.
  • Spot trends and opportunities - Stay ahead of platform trends and cultural moments, turning them into high-performing content.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience developing original social formats or shows
  • Strong understanding of platform-native content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Experience working with creators, talent or on-screen personalities
  • Excellent instincts for storytelling, pacing and hooks
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with speed of execution
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment
