the job:

amika is looking for an Sr. Creative Operations Manager to join our in-house creative team and lead the operational delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and major brand initiatives from concept through launch. This role requires deep experience working within creative organizations and managing complex campaign workflows across digital, social, retail, and product launches. The Senior Creative Operations Manager plays a critical role in translating go-to-market plans into coordinated creative execution.

salary: $110,000 - $120,000 + bonus

location: hybrid - 2 days a week onsite (must be based in New York + have the right to work in the US)

what you'll do:

Campaign & Launch Delivery

  • Support the creativecomponentof the go-to-market process for new product launches and major marketing initiatives
  • Own the operational delivery ofB and C tier marketing campaignsfrom concept through launch, owning project plans, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and timelines are clearly defined and managed
  • Translate marketing and brand strategies into actionable creative timelines, deliverables, and production plans
  • Set up andmaintaincampaign project boards,ensuring tasks, timelines, dependencies, deliverablecountsand review roundsare clearly documented.
  • Coordinate creative delivery across digital, social, retail/print, paid,editorial/storytellingand brand channels

Creative Workflow & Project Management

  • Own the day-to-day management of creativecampaign deliverablesacross the creative department
  • Coordinate work across design, editorial, video, and production teams
  • Schedule andfacilitatecreative review meetings, ensuring feedback is collected, documented, and incorporated into project timelinesto keep work moving forward.
  • Manage intake and prioritization of creative requests in partnership withDir.Creative Operations
  • Maintain project visibility across the organization through clear timelines, documentation, and reporting
  • Ensure feedback cycles and approvals are efficiently managed to keep work moving forward
  • Monitor campaignreadinessand escalate risks that mayimpactlaunch timelines
  • Facilitate communication between creative and cross-functional teams to ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood

Production Collaboration

  • Partner with the Creative Producer to align photoshoot production with campaign creative timelines, budget, and scope.
  • Ensure photoshoot outputs are aligned with campaign asset needs and integrated into campaign delivery timelines
  • Support coordination of post-production workflows and final asset delivery

must haves:

  • 6–8+ years of experience working within creative teams, agencies, or brand-side marketing organizationswithin beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaignsacross digital, social,retail,andproduct launches
  • Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) processes and coordinating cross-functional campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows acrossdesign, editorial, video, and production
  • Experience supporting or managing photoshoot production for campaign and social content
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Wrike, or similar)
  • Ability to work 10-14hr workdays on photoshoots
