What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the creative development of digital campaigns across social media, websites, and apps.
Design visually compelling assets for FB, IG, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, websites, and mobile UIs.
Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and marketers to bring concepts to life.
Translate brand strategy and messaging into effective visual narratives.
Contribute to and uphold brand identity, design systems, and visual standards.
Proactively pitch creative ideas and provide art direction during campaigns and shoots (where needed).
Adapt content across different formats and platforms, maintaining consistency and performance.Lead junior designers where needed, providing feedback, support, and guidance.
Coordinate with external vendors or creative partners as needed for production.
Stay ahead of digital trends, social formats, and best practices across platforms.
Requirements
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in digital or creative design, with a strong mix of agency and in-house experience.
A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling, digital campaign work, and UI/UX experience.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Working knowledge of Figma and experience with responsive design principles.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Sketch, and other content platforms.
Strong grasp of digital platforms, aspect ratios, format specs, and audience behavior across social media.
Experience designing for mobile applications, landing pages, and web interfaces.
Excellent attention to detail, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
Collaborative and open to feedback, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, animation, or light video editing.
