Key Accountabilities
People Management and Leadership
• Conduct and perform coaching and mentoring, rewards and recognitions, dealing with performance issues, and liaising with HR when relevant.
• Coach and mentor team members, manage rewards and recognition, address performance issues, and liaise with HR as needed.
• Provide ongoing training, upskilling, and evaluate team members' performance in line with objectives and KPIs through the GPS process.
• Collaborate to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Motivate and ensure team members adhere to company policies and program compliance.
• Manage team recruitment in coordination with HR, including new hire induction programs and probation reviews following the PDR process.
• Forecast workloads and plan projects for realistic and timely delivery.
• Allocate projects to team members, provide briefings, and oversee ongoing management.
• As a member of the GSSC Marcoms Leadership team, contribute to operational management, ensuring compliance with GSSC standards and processes.
• Promote, exemplify, and implement health and safety principles.
• Manage team members to foster productive relationships with other departments, resolve stakeholder issues, and encourage collaboration.
• Improve internal team management, adaptation, development, and resilience by implementing best practices.
• Conduct annual performance and salary reviews in collaboration with the Service Delivery Manager and Global Marketing Operations Director.
• Analyze budget and performance data, create reports, identify discrepancies, and offer recommendations to provide accurate information for informed decision-making.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the business, including projects and industry context, and adjust deliverables accordingly.
• Evaluate business processes for potential improvements and regularly review team performance using established methods to identify issues and propose enhancements.
Creative SME & Project Delivery
• Lead complex projects that demand your expertise with minimal oversight, ensuring timely delivery.
• Offer specialized advisory support to internal clients, acting as the key contact for policy alignment.
• Create and improve standard operating procedures, aiding others in their implementation and suggesting enhancements when needed.
• Proficient in relevant tools and software, monitor their effectiveness, and actively seek and propose solutions.
• Assess project requirements, manage work priorities, and suggest efficient alternatives for timely creative work delivery.
• Allocate projects to team members, provide briefings, and oversee ongoing management.
• Define processes and responsibilities for handling design requests.
• Develop and implement best practices for managing projects and clients within the organization.
• Establish and strengthen core team support for diverse project and business needs.
• Contribute to various internal tasks and oversee the work of junior colleagues to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain a deep understanding of regional Arcadis services and key collaboration areas in your field.
• Review creative assets, such as graphics, videos, and multimedia materials, for quality and alignment with brand standards.
Branding and implementation
• Collaborate and coordinate with the Global Brand Team to ensure brand consistency and brand identity across the business.
• Develop and propose a standardized approach for brand assets and templates.
• Facilitate and manage cross-workstream support and workshop organization across the design community.
• Review and assess all branding materials to ensure they conform to the company's brand guidelines and standards.
• Verify that branding elements are used correctly, including logos, color schemes, typography, and messaging.
• Identify and rectify any issues related to design, content, or consistency.
• Ensure all branding materials maintain a consistent look, feel, and tone, aligning with the brand's identity and values.
• Collaborate with creative teams to address discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Provide constructive feedback to design and marketing teams to enhance branding materials.
• Collaborate on revisions and improvements to maintain brand excellence.
• Act as the final approver for branding materials locally, ensuring they meet the company's brand standards and objectives before release.
• Grant or withhold approval for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional content for local inquiries.
• Offer guidance and training to marketing and creative teams on brand guidelines, best practices, and the importance of brand consistency.
• Curate uploaded image and video assets regulation in Brand Hub for brand and H&S compliance.
