We are seeking an experienced CPE Solution Architect with deep expertise in router and gateway technologies, CPE platforms, distributed systems, and cloud-integrated service architectures. This role is focused on designing and delivering scalable, high-quality broadband and connectivity solutions across platforms such as RDK-B, OpenWRT, and Prpl. The successful candidate will collaborate with local market stakeholders, development teams, and global partners to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and release excellence
•Strong understanding of router, gateway, and Wi-Fi extender architecture and related technologies.
•Extensive experience in networking concepts, Linux development, and C/C++ programming.
•Practical experience with open-source router platforms including RDK-B, OpenWRT, and Prpl.
•Strong knowledge of broadband access technologies such as WANOE, DOCSIS, GPON, xDSL, and FWA.
•Proven experience designing, implementing, testing, and deploying scalable distributed services.
•Hands-on experience with LXC, Dobby, or Self-Contained Services environments.
•Strong expertise in router and gateway feature development and integration.
•Knowledge of message bus architectures including D-Bus, R-Bus, and U-Bus.
•Experience integrating CPE services with cloud-based backend systems.
•Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development methodologies.
•Knowledge of architecture patterns, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
•Familiarity with web-based and service-based architectures for CPE development.
•Ability to analyse commercial requirements and convert them into technical solution concepts.
•Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and innovation skills.
•Experience working collaboratively across international and distributed teams.
•Ability to operate effectively in Agile, SAFe Agile, or DevOps delivery environments.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Certification in a recognised Solution Architecture framework is desirable.
