Senior CPA Accountant

The Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior CPA Accountant who can balance accuracy with insight. This role goes beyond reporting — you’ll be trusted to deliver financial clarity that drives decision-making across our operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with the Finance and Operations teams, you’ll ensure our financial controls are rock-solid, our reporting is timely, and our leadership has the information needed to move fast and make smart calls.

About You

Must have:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a qualified accountant.
• Proven experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Ideally, you’ll also bring:

• Experience in organisations with multiple revenue streams or operating entities.
• Strong grounding in financial controls, monthly reporting, and audit preparation.
• Understanding of International Accounting Standards.
• Experience with Simpro (advantageous but not essential).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and locations.
• Proven initiative, with the ability to work autonomously and within a collaborative team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
