The firm seeks a Partner to join their corporate practice group in Lancaster, PA. They are open to professionals from various transactional and litigation areas, including but not limited to:

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Finance
• Tax
• Real Estate
• Estate Planning
• Employment
• Corporate Litigation

As a Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing the firm’s local presence, mentoring associates, and contributing to the collaborative culture that defines the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand your corporate practice area while contributing to the growth of the Lancaster office.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and strategic counsel.
• Mentor junior attorneys, fostering their professional development and enhancing the firm’s talent pool.
• Collaborate with other partners and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
• Embrace the firm’s "theory of abundance" mindset, prioritizing shared success and collective growth.

Qualifications:

• Established expertise in one or more corporate practice areas (e.g., M&A, Finance, Tax, etc.).
• Portable book of business meeting the following thresholds:
  • $350,000 minimum for transactional practices (M&A, Finance, Real Estate).
  • $500,000 minimum for litigation, employment, or other corporate areas.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or eligible for waiver).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a practice in an underserved market.
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to mentorship.
