Following a successful recent initial public offering, the company is expanding its global data center footprint to meet growing demand for compute. The company seeks a Senior Counsel - Data Center & Infrastructure to support the Global Data Centers team on acquisitions, development projects and other infrastructure transactions. This attorney will take ownership of deals throughout their lifecycle, negotiate important agreements and advise on legal issues as data centers move from acquisition into operation.
The role offers hands-on work in a fast-developing area and the chance to deepen expertise across real estate, construction, supply chain and compute infrastructure while contributing directly to the company’s expansion.
The base salary range for this position is $189,000 to $231,000 annually, plus bonus and substantial equity grant. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications. SF Bay Area candidates are preferred; remote candidates will be considered.
