Rad AI is seeking a Senior Counsel (Commercial) to play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to revolutionize radiology and healthcare through AI-driven solutions. As a key member of the legal team, this role partners closely with commercial, product, and engineering leaders to navigate complex legal challenges, accelerate innovation, and uphold the highest standards of compliance and ethics.
The Senior Counsel will provide strategic legal support for AI research and model development, negotiate commercial contracts, and design scalable legal processes to support Rad AI’s rapid growth. This role is central to protecting critical partnerships, safeguarding intellectual property, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in commercial contracts and technology transactions, preferably within B2B SaaS and healthcare technology, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
