SITEC is seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Monitoring / Software Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building and enhancing performance-monitoring solutions for complex systems in a secure environment. In this role, you will help develop and maintain automated performance-checking solutions, support system instrumentation efforts, and build software that captures and visualizes performance metrics across multiple environments. You will work with technologies such as Jenkins, REST APIs, Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, and secure enterprise infrastructure to improve visibility into system performance and reliability.
