The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Cost Recovery Estimating Analyst to join our Cost Recovery Team supporting the 767 & 777 packages located in Everett, WA

This position will directly engage with cross-functional teams & Executives which support the 767 & 777 programs. This focal will be accountable for the expedient fact finding, processing & timely delivery of Cost Recovery impact estimates; specifically analyzing large production datasets, developing defensible cost estimates, preparing evidence-backed claims, and quantifying supplier-failure impacts.

The ideal candidate will excel in cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, and critical thinking. They will also possess strong presentation and data-analysis skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads cross-functional collaboration to plan, prioritize and ensure timely completion of projects

  • Leads development of complex estimates and business cases based on large data sets

  • Prepares detailed and accurate cost recovery claims

  • Defines project scope in alignment with team goals and objectives

  • Maintains transparent and ongoing communication of project visibility with leadership

  • Performs peer reviews to validate complex analysis

  • Guides and mentors peers, fostering a collaborative team environment

  • Leads effective communication by presenting accurate actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders & executive leadership

  • Promotes best practices and identifies process enhancements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)

  • 5+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with internal/external auditing

  • Experience with root cause investigations

  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of learning

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Pay Range: $127,500 - $172,500
