Manage and monitor spending to ensure that spending follows the plan, supports business objectives, stay within budget Settlement (WBS, GL) and correct cost allocation Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cost Report

Control the spending of allocated budget in within determined financial period.

Control Capex spending based on economic analysis.

Cost review, reporting and analysis on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis against allocated budget and give recommendation based on analysis and review result.
Weekly, monthly and annual cost review, reporting and analysis are allocated and recommended based on analysis and review result.
Accident Damage Reconciliation report based on monthly period.
Accident Damage Reconciliation based on monthly period is successfully reported.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 2-3 years experiences as cost controller, scheduler, or project control.
• Knowledge of best practice in Project Administration and having communication, organizational and management skills
• Ability to operate computer and other office facility
• Determine the requirements for Project Control
• Works in detail but can comprehend the “big picture”, analytical thinking and creative.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
• Fluent in English, both
  spoken and written is an advantage
