Senior
Cost Accountant
for a leading Cairo-based logistics, supply chain, and
international trading company.

Job Role:

• 
  Manage
  full-cycle accounting for trading and import operations
• 
  Record
  and reconcile import-related transactions (customs duties, freight,
  insurance, clearing charges, etc.)
• 
  Monitor
  inventory accounting, valuation, and cost of goods sold
• 
  Prepare
  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• 
  Ensure
  compliance with local tax laws, VAT, customs, and regulatory requirements
• 
  Handle
  bank reconciliations, supplier accounts, and foreign currency transactions
• 
  Coordinate
  with customs agents, banks, auditors, and tax consultants
• 
  Support
  budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• 
  Review
  and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• 
  Supervise
  junior accounting staff
