The Senior Corporate Talent Acquisition Partner is a highly experienced member of the Talent Acquisition team responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional, leadership, and specialized positions across the organization. This role serves as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and executives, driving effective recruitment strategies by leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, talent acquisition technologies, and consultative recruiting practices to identify and attract top talent. This role also serves as a subject matter expert in recruiting best practices, talent acquisition systems, sourcing tools, and market trends while supporting strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain consultative partnerships with the senior management team and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions through advanced sourcing, networking, and talent-mapping techniques.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to create recruiting strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with professional organizations, industry associations, universities, and networking groups to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Champion best practices related to candidate experience, employer branding, recruiting technology, and process efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to Talent Acquisition team members regarding sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, market insights, and corporate recruiting practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment, recruiting professional, technical, management, and executive level positions.

Other Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to fill complex and strategic roles.
  • Proven experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, talent intelligence tools, CRM systems, and other recruiting technologies.
  • Experience conducting passive candidate sourcing and building talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Experience supporting Director and Vice President level searches preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Previous recruitment experience in a BPO or Contact Center environment is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel as required
