Main Duties:
- Prepare and submit resolutions and statutory forms to the Malta Business Registry
- Manage company incorporations and updates to corporate structures
- Maintain accurate company registers and ensure full legal compliance
- Review and draft contracts, resolutions, and various corporate legal documents
- Manage the opening, closing, and ongoing maintenance of client bank accounts.
- Handle daily communications and operational support for client entities
- Manage client onboarding, KYC documentation, and continuous monitoring
- Navigate residency and visa registrations while maintaining strong ties with regulatory bodies
What skills do you need:
- Deep understanding of corporate industry standards and compliance regulations
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate services; prior experience in a comparable role is a significant advantage
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite
- Native or professional fluency in both English and Maltese
- A proactive professional with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
- A Diploma in Law, Finance, or a related discipline is highly regarded
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
