Key Responsibilities
1) Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with key decision makers (CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers).
- Conduct regular client visits to understand business cycles, cash flows, and banking needs.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
2) Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Grow portfolio revenues through cross-selling of working capital & term loans, trade finance products, Cash management & CASA mobilization, Treasury & FX solutions, Acquire new-to-bank corporate relationships.
- Prepare high-quality credit proposals and annual reviews.
- Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry risks.
- Monitor account conduct, limits utilization, and early warning signals.
- Ensure portfolio quality within bank’s risk appetite.
3) Credit & Risk Management
4) Portfolio Monitoring
- Track client performance versus projections.
- Follow up on overdue payments, documentation, and covenant compliance.
- Maintain updated client files and KYC documentation.
5) Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Credit, Trade Finance, Operations, and Treasury teams for seamless service delivery.
- Expedite client requests and ensure timely turnaround.
Knowledge:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking Or Investment Banking
Credit Course is mandatory
CFA will be a plus

- Management and review of allocated portfolio. Recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with the relationship strategy planned taking into account potential earning maximization and MBs risk appetite
- Identify new prospects with the target market to pursue growth opportunities
- Explore vertical and horizontal relationships with existing clients across their group J owner business divisions
- External control follow ups include period clients calls with call reports, documentations, operational issues, account /facility utility organization, payment regularization, field visits ad gather latest market feedback
- Internal control includes following up on credit reviews with credit product group, documentation process with documentation unit, credit approval process follows up with credit, operational issues with operations and other business segment
- Prepare and structure team sheets, prescreen memos, financial models, risk rating modules and economic profitability reports
- Gather all required information for new credit proposals. initiate with CRC preparation of credit proposals , financial spreads and financial models
