Purpose of the Job

The Senior Corporate Operations Executive will oversee and enhance operational efficiency across cash handling, outbound, and inbound processes. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with company standards, effective incident management, and the implementation of customized services to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to safety, and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Support and monitor express operations to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
  • Draw process maps for various Aramex network of partners and agents and define a clear SLA and KPIs against each process.
  • Design end-to-end shipment cycle with new agents across the network and conduct system training and express awareness as part of the onboarding process.
  • Follow-up on inbound and outbound operations in accordance with the standard procedures and quality of service standards
  • Review and improve the current operations free analysis & outstanding dashboard to automate the periodic reports and take the necessary business decisions in coordination with global BIE team.
  • Conduct Rate studies, analysis and negotiate better pricing offers based on business need.
  • Develop new products and services that should fulfill the market needs and generate new revenue streams.
  • Provide insightful data analysis to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
  • Working closely with accounting and pricing team to identify pain points within the monthly billing invoices and recognize revenue leakages by conducting cost simulations and profitability studies.
  • Apply statistical analysis, root cause analysis and quality control methods to obtain accurate insights about shipment cycle pain points and provide corrective action plans accordingly.
  • Design an SOP to control the overall shipment life cycle.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering
  • Minimum 2 experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, or Operations field.
