We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Governance Specialist to join our Boards by A&O Shearman team, based in A&O Shearman's Luxembourg office.
You will act as a senior operational anchor for the team, taking ownership of complex, document-heavy corporate secretarial work and supporting the ongoing development of our more junior colleagues.
This is an execution-driven role for an experienced corporate governance professional who takes pride in getting the detail right. You will be the team's point of reference for day-to-day corporate housekeeping across our client entities, drawing on deep, hands-on experience of the full cosec lifecycle, including transactional matters, to ensure that documentation, filings and records are prepared to a consistently high standard.
