We are looking for a senior Corporate FP&A and Business Partner to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role will partner with business units to provide financial insights, optimize performance, and support executive leadership with impactful reporting.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Lead Strategic Financial Planning & Forecasting: Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for corporate functions and the IT department.
• Senior-Level Business Partnering: Act as the primary financial advisor to the IT unit, influencing decisions and aligning financial strategies with technology priorities.
• Advanced Financial Analysis: Deliver deep-dive variance analysis, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Executive Reporting: Prepare high-impact reports and presentations for leadership, including board and investor materials.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Drive improvements in FP&A processes, enhance automation through AI tools.

Requirements

For that mission you’ll need:

• Experience: 6+ years in FP&A, with proven success in senior or leadership roles; experience in technology or high-growth environments preferred.
• Education: BA in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Skills:
• Exceptional analytical and modeling capabilities.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with Tableau, Hyperion, or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to drive strategic decisions.
• Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
• Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
