Job Description

One of Malta’s leading advisor firms is looking for a Senior Corporate Executive. In this role, the selected candidate will play a fundamental role in supporting the teams’ operations by managing a portfolio of clients and mentoring the more junior members of the team.

This is a hybrid role offering a salary up to €40K depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of clients

• Maintain and create company registers

• Efficiently handle client requests in relation to their companies, providing well-rounded advice

• Take ownership of the preparation and submission of statutory filings

• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers, including lawyers, accountants, and auditors, to deliver a seamless corporate service

• Collect and verify due diligence to ensure all clients are compliant and legitimate

• Attend corporate client meetings, participate in strategic discussions, and keep accurate minutes

• Oversee and support junior team members

Education, Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Fluency in Maltese at a native level (non-negotiable)

• Fluency in English at a C2/native level, both written and spoken

• Excellent understanding of Maltese company law

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and use initiative

• Client-centric with a commitment to providing first-class service to clients from diverse backgrounds

• Strong communication skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail
