Senior Corporate Counsel
Department: Legal Team
Location: Luxembourg
Contract: 1 year fixed-term contract with the possibility opportunity of transitioning into a permanent role, subject to business needs and performance.
Working Model: Hybrid

Under the supervision of the Group General Counsel, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and managing a broad range of legal agreements for the Company. These include service agreements, real estate leases, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts supporting the Company's local operations.

You will also provide corporate secretarial and governance support to CSC entities, ensuring compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements. This includes coordinating board and shareholder meetings, preparing and maintaining corporate records and statutory documentation, supporting governance processes, and partnering with directors and senior management on corporate governance and entity management matters.

Some of the things you will be doing

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal documentation, contracts, and corporate records.
  • Provide corporate secretarial and governance support to CSC entities, including the coordination of board and shareholder meetings, preparation of resolutions and minutes, and maintenance of statutory records.
  • Support the development, standardization, and maintenance of a legal template database for the Luxembourg business.
  • Provide legal support on global and cross-functional projects across the CSC Group.
  • Independently manage a variety of Luxembourg corporate legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments at both Luxembourg and EU levels, assessing their impact on the business and recommending appropriate actions.
  • Partner proactively with business teams, providing practical legal advice and support on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Communicate relevant legal and regulatory updates to operational teams and assist in the implementation of required changes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement, standardization, and integration of document and contract management processes and systems.
  • Identify legal and governance risks and provide pragmatic solutions to support business objectives while ensuring compliance.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Corporate Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong knowledge of Luxembourg and EU law gained within a law firm, financial services institution, corporate services provider, or similar environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are considered an asset.
  • Confident, proactive, and commercially minded legal professional with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in diverse and international environments.
  • Open-minded, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented, with a strong sense of judgment and common sense.

The salary range for this specific role will be €75.000 – € 85.000 gross per year.
The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework.
