What a Senior Corporate Counsel will do

• Negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements
• Partner directly with executives and business leaders on strategic initiatives
• Advise on legal, operational, and commercial risks
• Support procurement, sourcing, supplier, and customer relationships
• Provide practical guidance that helps move the business forward
• Manage a diverse range of legal matters in a fast-paced environment
• Help shape processes and contribute to the continued growth of the organization

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong business judgment and practical problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities
• A collaborative, low-ego approach to partnering with the business
• J.D. with a solid academic record and the ability to practice law in Tennessee.

Experience That Would Be Particularly Valuable

• In-house counsel experience - particularly transactional focused.
• Large law firm transactional training with a focus on Corporate, M&A, or commercial transactions
• Procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or vendor contracting experience
• Experience supporting growth-oriented businesses
