The Position

Job Summary职位概述:

This position leads the Corporate Affairs in Beijing including but no limit to establish good working relations

with Ministries, National level industry associations and societies, Swiss Embassy in China, etc. by initiating the corporation projects for corporate branding to benefit the business development continuously.

该职位负责中央政府事务，与相关中央部委，国家级行业协会、学会、使领馆，建立良好的工作关系，发展项目合作，支持业务持续发展，提升公司影响力。

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

1. Assist with the Immediate Superior on the external collaboration strategy in accordance with the Company’s

strategic plan and business needs.

根据公司战略规划及业务需求，协助上级制定并执行对外合作策略。

1. Understand the macroscopic environment at home and abroad, the provincial policies and the industry policies, discover the beneficial collaborative opportunities, select the appropriate business partners and initiate the strategic corporation projects.

了解公司所在国内外宏观环境、区域政策、行业政策等，挖掘并发现对公司有影响的合作机会，选择合适的业务合作伙伴，策划战略合作项目。

1. Build up a communication platform between the Company with the Government, Think Tank and the industry associations , participate in the policy formulation，amendment and soliciting opinions, etc.

搭建企业与政府、智库、行业协会的对话和政策建议渠道，参与行业政策制订、征求意见等。

1. Blend the national policies into the Company’s developing strategy in China and provide strategic suggestions

and directions to the Company’s business developed in China.

促进国家相关政策，深度融入企业在华发展战略，为公司在华的业务发展提供战略性建议与指导。

1. Work closely with BAs and the other supporting functions, transform their business needs to the policy

suggestions and demands and deliver the message to the relevant government departments or KOLs for

solutions.

与事业部、相关支持部门，将业务需求转化成政策建议与诉求，反映诉求与关切，解决相关问题。

1. Understand the national and regional policies such as the potential opportunities, launch the corporation projects and develop the business opportunities by leveraging the innovation policies.

了解国家相关创新政策，开展项目合作，运用创新政策开拓市场机遇。

1. Drive some critical strategic corporation events of the Company ie. CIFTIS, CISCE, etc.

主要参与公司重要战略合作项目，如服贸会、链博会等重要活动。

1. Independently complete the internal and external project work.

独立完成公司内外部项目工作。

1. Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动

1. Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
