We are looking for a Senior Corporate Affairs Executive that is responsible to/for:

  1. Deliver operational Corporate Affairs execution in Singapore, including internal communications, government/media relations and marketing communications support (where required by Country Head), while supporting local Public Affairs activities through coordination, monitoring and disciplined implementation, including during issues and crisis situations.
  2. Building, protecting and enhancing Nestlé Singapore’s corporate reputation through integrated communications, stakeholder engagement and media relations. Key member of the Crisis commitee in Singapore.
  3. Covers 3 dimensions: Government and Non Government engagement, managing the media ecosystem, Internal stakeholder engagement.

A day in the life of a Senior Corporate Affairs Executive..

A) Corporate Communications
Advise on the below based on Communication risks and messaging
• Response to consumer queries
• Social media content
• Campaign materials
B) Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders during business-as-usual periods to strengthen engagement, trust and readiness for issues or crisis situations.
C) Media Relations – Corporate – Drive advocacy and earned media visibility
i. To create and drive media stories supporting Corporate Reputation Building
ii. Play an advisory role to consumer queries, social media of the brands
iii. Lead and drive corporate stories
iv. Provide counsel and advisory support to ensure the narrative is accurate, consistent and aligned with corporate messaging
1) To Counsel brands on:
• PR campaign strategies
• Media positioning and messaging
2) Guide and Consel with Brand teams and PR agencies to:
• Plan and execute PR campaigns
• Track media coverage and social engagement metrics
D) CSR – Lead for Corporate CSR and Communications
• Main contact for non-brand sponsorship requests
• Initiate and lead CSR initiatives for Nestle SG
• Align and execute activities - supporting corporate purpose and community engagement
E) Supports sustainability initiatives
This includes NEA-related engagements; serve as the key contact for HPB; and support Nutrition, Health and Wellness and Corporate Nutrition initiatives.
